KISSIMMEE. This upscale dinner show features a romantic narrative and satisfying meal, but the horses are the main attraction. Watch as the glorious steeds perform captivating stunts, race vigorously and even make you laugh! The stately Black Stallion Arena, a vast indoor equestrian center, offers an atmosphere conducive to all the hype. Several main course options are available including prime rib, vegetable lasagna and chicken strips, and the meal also comes with salad, garlic mashed potatoes, bread, beer and wine.

DOWNTOWN DISNEY ®. If you are looking for Orlando's highest-profile R & B and hip-hop club, this is the place. Associated with the popular cable television channel, Pleasure Island's BET Soundstage Club offers a little bit of something for everybody: a great dance floor, high-tech lighting and sound equipment, live performances by the industry's hottest stars and, of course, the chance to appear on a live BET telecast. Here, the music is always pumping, and the place is always jumping.

INTERNATIONAL DRIVE. A taste of the Islands ­ in Orlando! With a selection of more than 50 beers and numerous tropical drinks (such as their signature Bahamarita) it's no wonder that locals flock here. The restaurant doesn't accept reservations, and there tends to be a wait. Just order a drink, settle yourself on the roomy porch, and listen to the live reggae band. Casual attire.

UNIVERSAL. An extravaganza of sensory perception awaits at the new Sharp AQUOS Theatre at Universal Orlando's City Walk, where the Blue Man Group -- three silent performers adorned with blue face paint -- present their own unique brand of entertainment. Comedy, rhythmic drums, flashing lights, and toilet paper (!), are all part of this lively, interactive show. Ponchos are provided for guests in the first few rows since certain portions of the show tend to get sloppy.

DOWNTOWN ORLANDO. Nestled between East Central and South Magnolia, this downtown dance club offers a trendy setting and some of Orlando's hottest music, including cool dance tunes ranging from 80s rock and New Wave to reggae and rap. Expect to find fairly packed house most nights, especially if you want to "try your thing" on the dance floor. A nice alternative to the crowds inside is the rooftop patio area, where you can enjoy your drinks while listening to live music.
