Specializing in French cuisine, including that from Alsace and Provençe, the restaurant creates entrees such as rack of lamb with black olives, oak-grilled veal tenderloin, roasted monkfish, and braised veal shank. Its seasonal menu makes the most of available produce, a practice that even extends to the dessert offerings.
